Michael Givler is the Managing Partner for the Lansing, Michigan office. He rejoined the firm in 2001 working primarily with Michigan school districts and was associated with the firm’s Plymouth, Indiana office in the 1980’s. His experience includes financing solutions for schools and municipalities and municipal utility rate cases for water, sewage and electric utilities. He has also served as a Chief Financial Officer in private industry.
