Loren Matthes is an administrative partner in the Indianapolis Office. She has been involved in public finance since 1983 and joined the firm in 1990. Loren specializes in the financing of redevelopment and economic development projects. She also assists cities, towns and counties in the financing of a variety of capital projects and planning.
