We are a partnership of Certified Public Accountants who limit our practice to governmental units and not-for-profit corporations. A major aspect of our work is to serve as the independent financial advisor to governmental units planning the issuance of bonds to finance construction programs. We have two offices in Indiana, one office in Michigan, and a total staff of over 75 partners and employees who provide a broad range of knowledge, experience and services to our clients.

We currently have more than 100 governmental units (cities, towns, counties, schools, libraries, special taxing districts and not-for-profit corporations) as our clients who are in various stages of financial planning and development of projects. Each client is given personal attention and expertise because we fully recognize that a bond financing is significant to each community. We have daily contact with the investment community, bond counsel, bond rating agencies, municipal bond insurance companies and up-to-date records of the results of comparable financings. Since the firm's inception, we have assisted our clients in the financing of construction projects and infrastructure creation and improvements which involve complex grant funding and diverse financing options. This wide array of projects and financings include bonds backed by income taxes, tax increment, consumption taxes as well as more traditional sources, such as ad valorem taxes and utility revenues. In the last three years alone, we have provided financial advisory services for over $1 billion of municipal bonds.
